OBSCENE BUT NOT
HEARD is a gang of consummate sketch
and stand-up comedians, improvisers and uncanny impersonators.
They constantly produce, write and perform completely
original multi-media comedy. They are currently based
in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and if Canadians know one
thing it's hockey. Oh... and if Canadians know two things,
the other would be comedy. Just ask Mike Myers, Jim
Carrey, Lorne Michaels, Kids in the Hall and (sadly)
William Shatner. Get ready to add Obscene But Not Heard
to this list.

"Adept
and energetic. Their Thirty Second Movies, where epics
are reduced to just half a minute, are inspired."

| TONY BINNS
is an award-winning stand-up comedian and writer whose
self-deprecating style and myriad of voices and impersonations
leaves audiences in stitches. He was a contributor to
the hit show "Cocktails", wrote
for both the AMPIA and EDDY
awards, and is a freelance writer for Vex Magazine.
If you have trouble finding him, check your local Cineplex,
he might already be lining up for the next Star Wars movie. |

| TREVOR CAMPBELL
If Andy Kaufman were still alive he would be a fan of
Trevor's. Trevor loves the cerebral comedy that not only
makes you think, but provokes an emotional response. A
natural fit for sketch comedy, he loves playing characters.
His Hitler-as-a-stand-up-comedian bit is legendary. Trevor's
latest creation, 'Retarded Elvis', is shocking audiences
everywhere although he maintains it is an accurate illustration
of the "industry-of-Elvis". He has showcased his stand-up
comedy for the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, has appeared
on Yuk-Yuks stages all over Canada and is a regular for
Laughing Arts in Calgary. |

| PETER STRAND RUMPEL
has worked extensively throughout Canada and even dipped
his toe in the mighty U.S. waters. He played the part
of William Ide, the creator of California's bear flag,
in the Spielberg produced mini series
Into The West. Other film credits include
Rat Race, and the quirky A Problem With
Fear. Peter was regularly seen on Honey
I Shrunk The Kids: The Series exercising his
versatility playing five different characters in five
different episodes. Most recently Peter performed in the
March April 2006 show bitch
at the Motel in the Epcor Centre. |

| TOM SARSONS
is known as the Far Side guy in the group. His comedic
styling is somewhat akin to a Picasso painting. You know
it's funny, you just can't tell what it is. An actor,
a comedian, a theatre tech, Tom has been flexing his creativity
directing and editing the video portions of the Obscene
But Not Heard shows for the past few years. |
